Yes! While our women’s collection is more extensive (including heeled styles and boots), we offer a selection of men’s footwear with a focus on casual and versatile styles like low top sneakers. Many of our unisex accessories like bags and hats complement any wardrobe.
How can I determine the right size for my order?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information. We recommend:
  • Measuring your foot length against a wall
  • Comparing to our size charts (which include both US and international sizes)
  • Considering the style – sandals often fit differently than boots

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a minimum order amount?
While there’s no minimum to place an order, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. This is a great opportunity to add shoe care products or insoles to your footwear purchase!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Absolutely! You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package leaves our San Diego warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and to which countries?
All orders ship from our headquarters at 3427 Laurel Lane, San Diego, CA 78384. We ship worldwide except for select regions in Asia and remote areas (due to logistical constraints). Our global customer base spans from New York to Paris!
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient options:
  • Express Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing
  • Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arrives in 15-25 business days after processing
Processing time is typically 1-2 days as we personally inspect and package each order.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that lets you follow your package’s journey from our sunny California location right to your doorstep. Most carriers offer real-time updates.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return:

  3. Ship the item back at your expense
  4. Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive the return
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order after receiving your refund. This ensures you get the freshest inventory available.
What if my item arrives damaged?
