Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on insoles and shoe care products unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our San Diego facility using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus any original shipping costs

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate the desired replacement item (style and size) in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product:

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
