Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every pair from Style Walk Shop to be your perfect fit. If they’re not, here’s how our easy return process works:
Return Policy Details
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Packaging: Must include original packaging and proof of purchase
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on insoles and shoe care products unless they are defective.
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send to our San Diego facility using a trackable method
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
- Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Item price minus any original shipping costs
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the standard return process and:
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement (style and size) in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more for higher value items or receive a refund for lower value items)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or wrong product:
